How uAgreed handles your account, transaction, billing, support, and uploaded document information.

Overview

uAgreed is designed to help users manage shared loan and rental transactions, personal records, payment proofs, agreements, reminders, and support interactions in one place. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly through the app, including your legal name, profile details, device push tokens, support messages, support images, transaction chat messages exchanged with other users, shared loan or rental details, personal payment tracker details, agreements, payment history, verification information, and uploaded proof images or receipts.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, authenticate your account, create and track personal and shared records, generate agreements and PDFs, send notifications and reminders, store proof uploads, enable in-app messaging between users on shared transactions, support verification and review flows, process Pro plan access, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability and safety.

What stays private and what is shared

Personal records are intended to remain visible only to the account owner unless you later convert them into a shared flow. Shared loan, rental, contract, payment, chat, and proof information is disclosed only to the users involved in the relevant transaction and to service providers required to operate the app. Verification submissions, moderation materials, and safety-related reports may also be reviewed by authorized administrators.

Photos, camera, and uploaded files

If you choose to grant camera or photo-library access, uAgreed uses those permissions solely so you can capture or upload receipt images, proof of transfer, government ID photos, selfies, ownership proof, support images, and other supporting documents that you intentionally submit.

Notifications and reminders

If you enable notifications, uAgreed may send alerts relating to requests, accepted or declined actions, payment activity, agreement activity, due reminders, overdue reminders, verification updates, support replies, and other important account events. Reminder-related preferences may be managed within the app, while device-level notification controls remain available through your operating system settings.

Billing and Pro features

If you purchase Pro, uAgreed may store plan status, entitlement state, usage counters, and purchase-related account identifiers needed to activate, restore, and manage paid access. Purchase processing and entitlement management may involve app store providers and billing service providers acting on our behalf.

Service providers and infrastructure

uAgreed uses third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as authentication, cloud hosting, file storage, notifications, app billing, analytics, and app distribution. These providers process information only as reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, transaction, agreement, payment, verification, support, and uploaded proof data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain transaction history, handle disputes, enforce platform rules, and satisfy legitimate operational or legal obligations. Certain records may remain for a limited retention period after an account deletion request is processed. Personal records and other user content may also persist in backups for a limited period before normal rotation.

Your choices and controls

You may update certain account details in the app, manage reminder settings, control notification permissions on your device, and request account deletion through the app. Some legal-name, verification, or moderation-related details may require a separate request or review process. You may also contact support with account-related questions.
